Subjectively-based Evaluations. Why?

This would be akin to having someone from the state department walk around a dentist’s office to see how he or she holds the drill, and coming back week after week to see if she continues to hold it correctly. Or having the Board of Regents (who holds all of our New York State professional licenses) come to your doctor’s office over and over – looking over his shoulder, with a patient in the examination room – checking to see how he explains the patient’s condition, or if he is taking blood pressure properly.

Every doctor hold a stethoscope differently, or how they hold the reflex hammer to see if the patient’s knee will jump on contact. Hos many times
